Hi,


I can see you have a bot on Microsoft teams that allows users to get notified of tickets assigned to them.


Just wondering if there is going to be an option where users can open a ticket within the bot in teams?

Apologies for the delay in getting back. 


As of now MS teams is primarily used to notify agents of tickets assigned to them by other agents and any updates made to the ticket. Please refer to this article for the options available using MS Teams -  https://support.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/232273-the-microsoft-teams-app
