I’ve been searching for a mean to add a multiselect dropdown but I saw on the forum that users have been waiting for this feature since 8 years.
I don’t think it is technically hard to implement on the software so please could you consider this demand ?

+1How far away is this feature from release? Last update says Jan 2024. This is a vital enhancement to make retrieving information from requesters via Ticket Forms easier

Is this still on the roadmap, or has it been abandoned? I’m really surprised this isn’t available already.
+1FYI I was able to get this enabled by asking about it through support a few months ago. Not sure if it is just for enterprise edition. There are some restrictions for it though like I dont think we can filter for it.
