One potential enhancement would be to introduce pre‑filled dropdown fields such as Location and Department and enable them as dynamic dropdowns. This would allow the form to adapt based on the user’s selections and present more specific follow‑up options where appropriate.
Implementing dynamic, criteria‑based fields could be especially beneficial for organizations with multiple departments or locations, as it would streamline data entry and support more tailored onboarding workflows.
