FreshSales pricing module currently does not have the ability to take into account the profits made on a sale as it has no buy price by default.
we are looking at implementing this ourselves with buy price , markups, minimum sales values, Sales margins.
The problem is that as this is then only on the product level its not then supported on a line item that can then affect these values by adding a discount.
