I see that there are a lot of translation add-ins for Freshdesk. Is it possible to make these available for Freshservice? We work in a multi-lingual environment and it would be great if the actual ticket content can be translated on the spot.

I would back this feature request for Freshdesk to have it natively. I don’t think it’s supported today (14 sep 25).
