We have agents who work on multiple groups, but not always working in each group. We need a way to have the agent sign in to be available for one group and not the other, but quickly switch to the other group if they are needed to work there.
Scenario. User is assigned to work in group 1 and 2, but workload is low in group 2. We do not want this user to get assignment for group 2.
