 Hallo,


is it possible to define on signature for all emails (included the automatically sended)? In best case it's solved with the placeholder.

Hello,


The common signature can be added to all templates under Admin-> Email notifications section. The content has to be hard-coded in every template as there's no placeholder that can be defined to hold a common signature text.

I recommend you to use Sigsync(www.sigsync.com) Office 365 email signature. Its a web based, company-wide, centrally managed email Signature application. It is very intitule to use and configure your Office 365 email signature in few minutes.

I agree that a truly standard signature would be useful here and should be included. @aravind.sundararajan mentions the common signature is available, but it does not apply to emails composed and send via workflow automation (that I have seen). Perhaps it is a bug, but a Global Signature is very much desired and strong consideration should be to be able to either include it on ALL correspondence or as a Placeholder.
