Hi there,
it would be really helpful to increase functionality of the team dashboard by adding ‘me’ filter. In my use case agents have to switch between “My dashboard” and a custom made team dashboard to get the full picture.
There is an older request about the same topic but was archived after this comment:
“At present, The custom dashboard does not take into account, the 'me' filter. We have received quite a number of requests to accommodate this and you should be hearing from us soon in the near future.”
Are there any plans to bring more functionality like ‘me’ filter to team dashboards or to implement a customizable “My dashboard”?
