Hi,

Please advise whether one still has to duplicate solution articles to include them in different categories or is it now possible to add multiple categories to one solution?

Hi @Esther, we are glad to have you here in our Freshdesk Community. As of now, you would be able to associate one article with one folder which would be in one category. It’s a line hierarchy and that’s why in the folder and article settings you’ll find a dropdown for association.
