Is there a way to trigger an alert when a Knowledge Base article is added or altered?

I understand that you would like to have an Email notification triggered when a solution article is edited or altered, I am afraid that this feature is not available in the product right now. However you can create a custom app of your own using your in house developers, you can use this Document for reference for creating the app: https://developer.freshdesk.com/v2/docs/quick-start/
