I'm looking in the system and I can't find it. Is there any way to check the timline for a specific ticket, who closed it, who assigned it and all other information? Do you need to have administrator rights?

You should see a button like this when you are in a ticket, it will show the time line for the ticket.
Enter your username or e-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
