Hello Team,
I would like to implement a process within my organization. Currently we are using Fresh Service as a ticketing tool. We would like to create a Templates for certain repetitive tasks within Fresh Service. Once the ticket is created by using the Template , we would like to invoke the Power Automate to get all the details and do the automation for us.
My query is , is there a way to query the ticket details by using Power Automate or from Azure run book ?
