Hi,

I wanted to create an article based on a reply in a ticket. I thought I could do it like this:

  1. Start new article
  2. Enter a title
  3. Enter “Write an article based on ticket #1234”
  4. Click on “Write with AI”
  5. Choose option “Generate solution article”

I expected that Freddy was “smart enough” to recognize the content of the specific ticket and created an article for that. It doesn’t!

Then I thought, if I copy the complete reply, including links and images, it would generate a nice article. Although Freddy uses the content, it doesn’t use the links and images. It is only written as text. Not very useful.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is Freddy not yet that intelligent?
