Greetings everyone,

I’m a Freshservice implementation specialist, working closely with clients from initial kickoff through Hypercare and into post–go-live strategy and optimization. I help organizations design, deploy, and mature their Freshservice environments to drive meaningful business outcomes.

I’m currently authoring four books that detail how this transformation is achieved using Freshservice—covering implementation playbooks, automation strategies, and advanced integrations.

As AI becomes central to modern service management, Freddy AI is playing an increasingly critical role for my clients. It enables them to reduce operational overhead, gain insight into the health of their instance, and chart a clear course toward future-state service delivery.

I like Feddy Co-Pilot as it makes the life of an agent less tedious by extending Freshservice beyond the basic product.

  • Hi, I’m Kenny, main ‘Freshservice guy;’ for the University of Strathclyde. fairly big implementation, with over 300 Agents!

  •  Properly map our services. So many have a variety of names, and the servers they run on often have very generic names. Even with device detection, figuring out what everything is IRL is a huge mental load

  •  AI Agent is my fave feature, and i wait with bated breath for the support portal version to be made available!
