I got pulled away at the last minute yesterday and had to miss the Refresh Summit, thankfully it was recorded so I am going to go over the content and will add my updates afterward. Look forward to hearing what everyone’s impressions of the event were!

I had the opportunity to attend the Refresh conference on Wednesday in London, where many of the topics discussed at the Virtual Summit were covered. It was beneficial to have additional time to review this content and hear further user stories at the virtual event.

✨ What did you love most? - AI Agents is an interesting concept that will defiantly be explored, and Journeys is generating significant internal discussion.


💡 Which insights really stood out? - When I think of Insights I cannot look past Freddy, the new Freddy Insights tool is something we have been utilising for a while and I honestly couldn't go back to manual dashboards or reports.


🏢 How do you see this shaping your work or your organization? - Journeys has the potential to significantly impact both technology and workspace users in HR. Efforts to build this process in an external system will be halted in favor of development within Freshservice, due to the substantial time savings and integration benefits across various verticals.

After viewing the sessions of the Refresh Virtual Conference, I was pleased to see how Freshworks is driving innovation in the area of Agentic AI. I do believe that this area will reap the biggest benefits in the AI space.

I am also really looking forward to Employee Journeys in Freshservice. The area of employee transition and employee satisfaction are struggles that all organizations experience. Streamlining those processes will be a big win in my opinion.

Hoping for quick to market strategies for both of these areas so that we can try them out!
