I tried to configure it with Captcha and without. Nothing helped. Any solution?

We apologize for the delay. Each Freshdesk account has a spam score, and if it is exceeded, the account will be blocked for security purposes. The error shown in the screenshot appears for customers when the account's spam score is high. Ticket creation will be restricted to prevent spam attacks and for security purposes.

If you encounter this issue again, please email support@freshdesk.com right away to have the account whitelisted and to understand the reason for the restriction.
