is there anyone facing Facebook and Instagram oEmbeds Breaking Issue??
 

Had the same issue when I connected them to the ecommerce website: maheenandco for a client.


Hello @owengab and @pavlacalm, thanks for bringing this up here. Can you elaborate on where you are facing this issue in the Freshdesk portal? Are you trying to embed Facebook and Instagram posts in the customer portal using the portal customization options?
