Im new to freshdesk

When creating a new ticket and sending it to anything other than hotmail, or outlook, it works, but when i try to send it to them domains it doesnt.

 

Ive tested with multiple tickets and not sending. Im on the Blossom package if that helps?

Any help would really be appretiated!

We understand that you are facing issues with sending email replies to the domains like Hotmail and outlook. We had an email delivery issue with the above domains since a few of the IPs were blacklisted. 

 

But this has been resolved now. Are you still facing the issue? If yes, kindly write to support@freshdesk.com along with the email addresses so that we can have this checked further.
