I would like to add a custom button that redirects to a URL and integrate it into the help freshdesk widget.

Is this possible?

Hi @Louis004

Unfortunately, we cannot add a custom button in the widget. The widget can only show the contact form and solution articles. Here is an API documentation to explore advanced configurations like prefilling and hiding ticket fields, translating content, etc.

Cheers,
Barun

Hi @Louis004,

Have you had a chance to review the following article which lists all the steps for opening the Help Widget when a user clicks on a button or a link? Is this what you’re referring to?

Launching the widget when a button is clicked

Hello,
On the same idea, is it possible to hide the return button when an article is opened inside a widget in our product? or best can we modify what this return button does?

thanks a lot
