how can you get an export from freshdesk where in the child tickets the ticket id of the parent item is also included?
Now you only have the relation (parent or child) but when you have a child ticket, it would be useful to have the number of the parent ticket in the export for reporting purposes. Anyone has an idea?

Unfortunately, we are unable to retrieve the Parent ticket ID along with the child ticket ID at this time. We can only obtain the association type, but not the ID.
