my website name totalsportek.app there is an issue with my website I have mail forwarded from my website  email account to my freshdesk  to create my support tickets.

Just this morning, emails are no longer being accepted by Freshdesk from my website 

need suggestion why this hapening and my ip idress is block

Hello @sophia38580, can you elaborate on the issue you are facing? Is it with email deliverability or is it with emails being converted as tickets? 


I am also trying to find a solution. I would like to know if you had any success with your issue?
