So the question is basically the title. Our clients complain they always have to enter their filters again when checking the platform. Is there a way they can save their own filters (like agents can do?) or is there any plan for Freshdesk to save filters in a cookie so clients always land on the portal with their previously selected filters?

I understand your request to save the filters on the customer portal, similar to the agents portal. At present, this feature is not supported on Freshdesk. Nonetheless, I will communicate your feedback to our product team for consideration in our future roadmaps.
