Hi

We’re on the old Garden plan, and I have multiple customer portals in our freshdesk. Currently they are all set to publicly available. However, i’d like to set some as public and some as logged in users only.

How can I do that? At the moment there’s only one settings that is applied across all.

The portal settings in Freshdesk would be applicable across all the portals and I’m afraid it cannot be customized individually, for now. We are in plans to bring in enhancements with respect to portals/settings which would suffice your requirements, however, we do not have an ETA at the moment, unfortunately. But you can be assured that we will announce in our community when we go live with any related updates. :)
