How do I remove this unwanted banner notification from the tickets view as there is no close button?

+2I thought as much, if they were going to be so persistent about it, you’d have thought they would just post it only on those customers who are actually sending outbound connections…
They would know from the configurations...

The banner for ‘Allowlist NAT IPs’ should be removed by Feb 13th. This banner is displayed on all accounts to make customers aware regarding the change if they have existing or new configurations.

+2So it did eventually go, but was swiftly replaced by a new one about making freshworks more secure.
Any predictions on when this one will go?
There really should be a close widget on these to remove them.

+2...and today its back again without the close widget…
I guess no one committed the change
