Outgoing emails blocked, can't respond to clients

Hello, I'm having the same issue as other topics mentioned:

Outgoing emails are blocked for your account. Please contact our support team at support@freshdesk.com

 

I've contacted support@freshdesk.com but they are taking a bit too long to fix this issue, and we have some tickets open waiting for response. Could someone from here fix this for us?
