I have an open ticket that a client has replied via email to. In the email was an image that is now in the ticket. I need to remove this image due to its content. can this be done?

Hello @GOODY, I hope you are doing well. If it’s the ticket description you can edit it using the ‘Edit ticket details’ option as highlighted in the image below:

However, you’d not be able to edit the client reply in a ticket. A workaround here is to split the reply to a new ticket and delete it.
