Hi, slightly unusual request but we’d like to stop our customers from being able to use the ‘Mark Ticket as closed’ button from their ticket view on the portal.  Anyone know if this can be done?  It’s to stop tickets being closed without an agent adding resolution notes and sending out the CSAT survey etc.
