Does anyone know what the source IP ranges are for Freshdesk?

 

Our Mimecast is rejecting emails as Freshdesk is sending out as our support account.

You can include the SPF record email.freshdesk.com to ensure all the Freshdesk IPs are whitelisted in your end. Please refer to the article link to get detailed insights on the same:

Alternately, you can perform a TXT lookup on the SPF record to get the required list of Freshdesk IPs.
