Hi, 

I am looking for a video I saw a couple weeks ago which I am not able to find back.  It was about a testimonial from a company implementing the Freshservice Self Service Portal with Solution Articles and Service Items.  The good thing in this video was that they explained the steps to take + the need to create a formal project of this with support from C-level management.
