This integration syncs Freshservice events (Tasks & Changes) with other events (team meetings etc.) in your Office 365 Calendar. You'll be able to:

2. Start or join a scheduled online meeting from within a ticket.



3. Stay on top of Freshservice events with calendar reminders from Office 365.
