  • Enhancements on the Portal Customisation feature - You can now customise 3 new areas on your support portal. 


Head - You can use this to add custom meta tags for your portals. This will help with SEO optimisation for the support portal.
Ticket List page - Layout customisation for the ticket list page that an end-user will see when they click on the tickets tab.

Ticket Detail page - Layout customisation for the ticket detail page.



  • Insert Canned Responses and Solutions on Social Ticket - You can now add solutions and canned responses while replying to the Facebook and Twitter tickets
