Thanks for the update, but I wouldn't consider integrating it into my project unless I had the source code (it looks like it's currently only available in binary form). I think most iOS developers developing quality software would be the same.
Also, I'd recommend hosting the source on GitHub and publishing it as a CocoaPod. This is standard practice in the iOS community.

Likewise we really need to see the source. This also has an issue as far as I can see too.
No way of alerting the user to a reply, be it via email or automatically presenting the Inbox to a user.
Also the app review URL doesn't work! I have the right App ID in before you ask.
(If we had the source we could fix ourselves) ;-)

The Appstore URL won't work if you are trying it on a simulator. However , it does work fine on an iOS device. Please do check if you prefixed "id" to the App Store ID incase it doesn't work on a device .
