Enhancements

  • There have been copy changes to the Developer portal (API docs) as well as the entire platform.

  • We have a brand new logo per our new brand identity.

  • We’ve optimized the latest interaction query in the Account List

  • CSMs can now add columns and customize their view of the Goals and Tasks list table

  • In the Workflow tooling, we’ve changed the UI and added an enhancement to the configuration editor

Bug Fixes

  • There was a problem adding custom fields to a contact, and users

  • When the connector name exists, there was a problem with reverse sync

  • There was an issue renaming init file for Freshcaller connector

  • Users were unable to update Churn Likelihood column in the Accounts List view

Feature Request

  • We’ve added the ability to track ‘Projected Churn MRR’ as part of the churn fields

  • You can now track module usage for Freshdesk Customer Success customers using the events API
