Agents can call a selected list of phone numbers or saved contacts one after another. This is also available as part of the Freshcaller add-on in Freshchat and Freshsales.

Bug fixes

These were the bugs detected, and they’ve now been fixed.

  1. Agents were stuck in busy status when they answered a callback request.
  2. Incorrect Call queue ID in the notification job caused issues during concurrent calls.
  3. Incoming calls threw a 500 error when there are no agents available to ring the call to.
  4. An error was displayed while creating a dummy voicemail in the Freshchat conversation.

Cheers!
