Wait and Call Queue enhancements
Experience better call allocation with enhancements to the call allocation strategy for wait queues. You can also set upper limits on the number of agents to whom a call will ring.

Bug fixes
The following bugs are fixed:
- Calls are mapped to incorrect contacts, when accounts with the same name and different phone numbers are present.
- Widget gets stuck on agent callback.
- Error message ‘Unable to answer’ appears when a callback is answered
- Credit auto-recharge does not work on subscription renewal
