Bug fixes

 

These were the bugs detected, and they’ve now been fixed.

  1. Aircall installation fails due to a changed API response.
  2. Discrepancies were observed in the Agent Status Report data when using the ‘Start at’ filter.
  3. Call recording fails to update in the Freshdesk ticket.
