The following bugs are fixed:

  1. Twilio endpoint returns 500 errors due to an invalid path and missing Headers.
  2. Callback and parallel call transfers did not connect.
  3. Concurrent call statuses are displayed in the wrong order in the Live Dashboard.
  4. On Omnichannel, auto-answer call notifications are not received if the user is on a different tab or window.
  5. Error displayed during Call Queue configuration.
  6. Auto-answer notifications are hidden within multiple notifications.
  7. Inconsistent behavior of auto answer feature in non-focussed tabs when the agent is logged in with multiple profiles.
  8. The auto-answer timer is unresponsive when the user clicks on "Ignore" for non auto-answer call.
  9. Auto collection and MRR details were sent to the Freshchat widget.
  10. Duplicate Message name Issue in Freshcaller.
  11. Occasional Agent status changes to Offline during the call.
  12. Null language values in voice messages affect the call flows.
  13. Call barging is possible even after a call is ended.
  14. Resume parallel call operation is delayed.
  15. Incorrect recording of lifecycle events for routing automation.
  16. Incoming calls are not prioritized when agents have more than two active calls.
  17. Offline auto-recharge configuration resets and the feature is removed from the account.
  18. Incorrect in-product support article link.
