- Update username on Freshchat from Freshdesk
If you have an active Freshchat - Freshdesk integration, instead of assigning random names to all users on Freshchat, if the user name is already present in Freshdesk it will be updated in Freshchat.
Bug Fixes:
- IntelliAssign
If you remove an agent from a particular skill level, in IntelliAssign Settings, and later modify the agent details in Team Member settings, the agent got automatically added back to that skill level in IntelliAssign. This bug is now fixed.
