Feature Updates
- Co-Browsing
Enable or disable audio with co-browsing. If you're and Admin, you can do this from the Settings page in Freshchat.
- Email Campaigns
Email campaigns come with a limit on the number of emails that can be sent. It is 100 emails per day for Trial users and 10,000 emails per month for users in a paid plan. Now, you can increase the email limit for your Freshchat account by getting add-on's which come at $0.50 per 1000 emails per add-on per month.
