1. ES Dynamic indexing for conversations:
Conversations will now load faster with the updated Elastic Search.
2. Display all department fields - Freshservice integration:
Previously, only the first ten fields were displayed. Now all the departments from Freshservice will be displayed on Freshchat.
3. Link to Omnichat from web.freshchat.com:
You will now find an install link to Freshchat's chrome extension - Omnichat, from the Freshchat's user meta data section, in web.freshchat.com.
Bug Fixes:
1. Customer widget landscape mode issue in iPad:
Widget didn't load as full screen in landscape mode on iPad, which is now fixed.
2. Unread message count for In-App Campaign:
Unread message count was not displayed on customer widget for In-App Campaign. It is now fixed.
3. Customer widget landscape mode issue on Android devices:
Widget didn't load as full screen in landscape mode on Android device, which is now fixed.
