Bug fixes

These were the bugs detected, and they’ve now been fixed.

  1. Incoming calls to agents were not limited as specified when calls from wait queues were also picked up concurrently.
  2. Numbers that were removed in Twilio were still shown as available within Freshdesk Contact Center.
  3. Ticket search was not triggered by pasting the ticket ID in the Freshdesk Contact Center widget.
  4. End users received calls even after the agent pressed ‘end call’ immediately after dialing from the widget.
  5. Agents who were deleted and restored in Omnichannel accounts were unable to access the phone channel.
  6. Call metrics displayed two hangup events for a single call.
  7. API calls for accessing numbers in Freshdesk Contact Center threw a 503 error.
  8. Assigning a particular call to an agent failed when multiple calls were ringing to an agent.
  9. The call handle time was displayed incorrectly.
  10. Customers were unable to download recordings from the call metrics page.

Cheers!
