Bug fixes

These were the bugs detected, and they’ve now been fixed.

  1. Number masking was not applied when agents did not address a call request.
  2. Incoming calls were routed to only one agent and then transferred to the wait queue even when multiple agents were online and available.
  3. Dashboard fetching arguments before resolving all promises.
  4. UI was broken on the call queues page.
  5. The left navigation bar was displayed inside the live dashboard for customers using Freshdesk Contact Center account in Freshsales.
  6. The snooze icon was displayed for both calls in parallel calling.

Cheers!
