Bug fixes

 

These were the bugs detected, and they’ve now been fixed.

  1. There were issues in connecting an assigned call to the agent.

  2. Agent name was displayed incorrectly when an agent picked a call that was transferred to another queue.

  3. Agents were unable to find contacts when trying to transfer a call to a contact.

  4. Agent status was displayed as logged out when they were in ACW state.

  5. Ticket creation failed when the call tag length was greater than 32 characters.

  6. Call duration was displayed as 0 for the parent call in warm transfer.

  7. Customers on the Free plan were unable to whitelist countries.

  8. Users added to teams were unselected automatically.
