Bug fixes

 

These were the bugs detected and they’ve now been fixed.

  1. When an agent is removed from the group via API, the deleted agent’s name reappeared with different access.

  2. The number of contacts displayed under a company on the company page was wrong.

  3. Marketplace apps page was not shown for SSO Co-exist accounts.

  4. Preview was not working for the article list page and article view page.

  5. The automation rule did not get triggered when one of the field values was none.

  6. An error message was displayed when any value was duplicated in the contact slider form.

  7. FSM dropdown fields were not validated before closing ticket.

  8. The contacts list page was not loading after sandbox sync.

  9. Some strings in accounts weren’t translated properly to Japanese language.

  10. Unable to export data from account.

  11. Freshdesk contact center recorder not loading inside Freshdesk ticket.

  12. Unable to add a new action when webhook action was present for an automation rule.
