Price drop notifications

Bug fixes:
- Journeys: Some users reported that, they are unable to stop the scheduled journey This bug has been fixed
- Email campaigns: A few users found issues in searching segments and lists in other languages. This has been resolved
- Social media campaigns: For some users, although the social media account is connected successfully, the account is being shown as disconnected. This has been fixed.
