Deal Insights 2.0

The Freddy’s deal insights feature is powered by Freddy, Freshworks’ AI-powered sales assistant. Freddy uses Machine Learning (ML) algorithms to learn from data stored in your account and continuously builds understanding to deliver deal insights. Freddy tracks the activity on all deals in your account, predicts its outcomes, and assigns tags to them. As a part of this update, 3 new tags have been introduced— Neutral, Won, and Lost.
Updated Freddy AI view

With the updated Freddy AI view, deals are displayed in a kanban view grouped by predictions. This makes it easier for salespeople to focus on specific deal predictions, for instance, at-risk deals and manage their pipeline better.
Analytics support for Products

With the Analytics support for Products module, users can now get insights into what the best-selling products are, how deal performance improves with associated products, and more. To aid in the creation of product-based reports, we have introduced deal line items. Deal line items are the products that have been added to a deal. Create product-related reports for deal line items based on their properties.
Minor Fixes:
Missing field added in Analytics for tasks and appointments
In Analytics for Tasks, Appointments, Sales Activities, the field "Updated At" is missing. This has nowsince been added.
Additionally the following changes have also been implemented:
1. Added ‘Recent note’ for Contacts in Analytics
2. Renamed ‘Appointments’ to ‘Meetings’ in Analytics
Bug:
Edit column icon not visible in the sales forecast page

The edit column icon was reported to be missing for a few users in the sales forecast page. This issue has now been fixed.
Deal insights view persists after disabling the feature (Fixed)
