Customer 360

With Customer 360, get an in-depth context of your customers within the CRM, surface important information as highlights, and customize and organize your data with ease. The detail pages in all default modules - Contacts, Accounts, and Deals - are enhanced to get a 360° view of your customers.

The detail page of a contact/account/deal contains three sections:

  1. Action bar: Perform important actions like sending an email, placing a call, adding a task/meeting/related record from the Action bar.

  2. Summary/Insights: Get a quick overview of the particular contact/account/deal and access important information from your modules such as sales activities, sales sequences, related modules, and more.

  3. Details: Get a detailed view of the related modules, activities, and integrations that are associated with the record. Add additional sections such as Freddy insights, Reminders, Custom apps, and more.

Workflows Advanced Logic

Category: Intelligent Workflow Automation

Freshsales allows you to create multiple blocks of conditions that can be a combination of AND/OR between blocks and within a single block. This allows you to configure workflows with advanced logic.


For example, if you have conditions A, B, C, and D, with group conditions, you can create a variety of workflow combinations such as (A) OR (B) OR (C) OR (D), (A) OR (B OR C OR D), (A OR B) AND (C OR D), (A OR B OR C) AND (D), and more.

EWS Sync for Emails without IMAP

With this update, users can connect their mailbox without enabling IMAP. This functionality was introduced to offer organizations flexibility to disable IMAP in their official mailbox and allow them to use EWS protocol to sync emails with the CRM. This will now be offered as an option under personal email settings during enabling sync.

Minor Fixes:
Call logs added to Roles and Permissions


Call logs has been added to Roles and Permissions. When access to Call Logs is revoked, the ability to add Call Logs will be revoked. The option to add a call log will be made invisible inside the product.

Bug:

Issue with associating contacts with accounts (Fixed)

An issue was reported for some users where there was failure in associating contacts with accounts when create account permission is disabled. This issue has now been fixed.

 

Quota values displayed incorrectly

Category: Quotas and Sales Activities

An issue was reported for some users where the override value of individual quotas was getting displayed in cumulative value. This has now been fixed.

 

Sales activity not displayed on the activity timeline 

Category: Quotas and Sales Activities
An issue was reported by a few users where custom sales activity was not fetched and displayed on the Activity Timeline for Deals. This has now been fixed.


Unable to edit the deal name

An issue was reported by a few users where they were unable to edit the deal name from sales forecast page. This has now been fixed.
