Freshdesk-Freshsales enhancement

The Freshsales-Freshdesk integration has now a refreshed look in line with Customer360 UI of Freshsales. Users can now create private notes from insides Freshsales to be viewed on Freshdesk. More details here.

 

Custom URL for Organization

Admins can now personalize their login URL as per branding requirements. This can be done from within the Organization module of the Neo Admin Center. More details here.

 

 

WhatsApp plan changes

The WhatsApp for Business integration is now available for integration for accounts subscribed to growth plan and above. More details here.

 

Bug fixes

 

The following bugs were detected and have been fixed.

  • Placeholders in email editor page were displated as invalid after updating the field label

  • ‘Add Sales Activity’ did not appear in Freddy case when ‘Meetings’ was disabled under roles for users

  • When the pricing type was set as null, CPQ settings page did not load

  • Appointments were not getting synced from Outlook to Freshsales

  • In CPQ, the documents were not attached to emails when 'Save & Send' was clicked.

  • The execution of Sales sequences was reported to be failing for a few accounts
