New Features and Enhancements
UI changes have been made to the Customer 360 View:

The ‘Customize this section’ button appears similar to a link so that admins can identify the feature better.

‘How to customize this section’ button is added for non-admins to know they can contact the admin to customize the cards or fields.

Tags have been modified in the Summary view’s fields column and the Details section’s field tab to improve readability and visibility.

Duplicates and Connections pills are added to the Summary View
Workflow template categories have been updated to better understand the scenarios in which you can use a workflow.
The Documents section will be enabled by default in the Details section of the Deals landing page.
Bugs
- Some users reported marking a custom activity as complete in the activity timeline is displayed as ‘undefined.’ This has been resolved.
- Some users reported that the error message thrown while saving a cloned contact without changing the email address is unclear or garbled. This has been resolved.
- Many users reported that when a user belongs to more than one territory, the ‘My Territories’ filter returns incorrect results. This has been resolved.
