Record Types
Record Types allow you to classify data in contacts, accounts, deals, and custom modules so users from different roles can consume and update data in the CRM in different ways. This is possible by having different field permissions and data scoping per record type per role. Based on the record type, administrators can also set up different types of follow-up processes or automations like workflows, sequences, auto-assignment rules.

Creation of email templates from workflows and sales sequence pages
Email templates can be created from Workflows and Sales Sequence pages without having to move away from the pages.
Changes to Freshworks sub-processor list

Bugs
- Some users reported that without filling all the mandatory fields in a classic webform creation page, if they click on the "Preview" button, no error message is shown on the page. This is fixed now.
- Some users reported that users with restricted access could view records owned by others. This is now fixed.
